What We Think
Total Processing’s approach of making people call and get through most of the application process without few details isn’t the best approach in an industry that has shifted toward more transparency and fairer pricing. Merchants know that they can do better elsewhere.
If Total Processing stops touting benefits and features and supporting them with value, unclear promises, we would look at it as a stop toward improving its business practices. Until it begins to provide concrete details and disclosing at least some of its information about fees and rates, we think it’s best to take your business elsewhere.
Since Total Processing already has knowledgeable, trained staff and representatives, improving its support and availability also would make a huge difference. If Total Processing began engaging with customer more often on its social media platforms, it would be a move that would get noticed.
Also, we kept in mind that Total Processing was only founded in 2016. We hope as the business grows and matures it will be able to improve and make the necessary changes it needs to provide more value to its customers.
